So you think that a 40,000 vote swing in 200,000 votes compared to the 2.1 million cast is normal? It sounds way fishy to me.

Allen was up by 30,000 with 93% counted. int the last 180,000 or so we are supposed to believe that Webb gained 40,000. That implies instead of 90,000 each as the rest of the state would imply Webb is supposed to have gotten 110,000 and Senator Allen 70,000. Statistically, that is very peculiar.
