cramer endorsed my ftth triple play theory but said to stay away from the little guys and just buy csco. maybe it's too hard to pick and choose for a mass audience... anyway, i'm going the other way looking for small very targeted cos. in fact, i trimmed nt yesterday and cien today so i can make another move or two...

here's cramer from the madmoney recap site..

".. On Mad Money, we do not yield to temptation!

What temptation? I'm talking about the temptation right now to go out and buy lots of little telco equipment suppliers.

Don't buy, don't buy!

There is every sign right now that we could see a major telco equipment rally. And I'm telling you that I think you should stay away.

The only play I bless on this is big and boring, and it is... CSCO!

I think CSCO could be a great way to make money off the triple play - how cable and phone companies are all spending fortunes to roll out networks that can provide phone, television, and internet, all through one line, giving you a house of pleasure.

The triple play is huge; it's one of the best secular growth trends out there.

Rather than give you a whole bunch of other names, and tell you that you're going to be safe, I am telling you that, ever since it bought Scientific Atlanta - the cable set-top box, CSCO's been able to offer the end-to-end solution.

The bottom line!: I think that going into CSCO's quarter, I don't care. I actually hope it comes down, so then we can jump on the table and recommend CSCO for everybody who's not in it yet. That's my gift to you: CSCO - both before the quarter and after!..."
