Apparently Secretary Rumsfeld will resign or has resigned. Partisan leftwingers will just find a new target to attack.

The American people are intelligent enough to understand that one party rule is unwise.

And yes I agree with you that republican mean spiritedness and corruption didn't help. But the people are also looking at policy. And they have decided that no president deserves to be above accountability.
