But Bush may have violated the Constitution, for sure violated the Geneva Conference rules, started the war in Iraq based on false testimony as per the Downing street memos, etc etc.

He opened the box for sectarian violence and aided and abetted in the use of white phosphorous in Iraq according to some sources so maybe just a bit worse than a couple blow jobs in a closet?
