That's the worry, that we don't get the full home run due to being taken out ... not so bad if it's at a fair price, and a share for share exchange with no tax consequences, in a company that looks like a reasonable hold from that point Depends on price of course, but all in all i'd like to see Metalline go into production on her own ... definitely don't want to see a cheapo takeout effort like Barrick is doing on Novagold ... well, an effort is fine, as long as they don't succeed 'Zinc May Rise Above $5,000 on China, Macquarie Says' bloomberg.com 5000 divide by 2204.6, that's about usd2.27/lb ... fairly conservative, maybe eh
