Well, a little while ago Rush Limbaugh suggested that Bush is going to have to emulate Clinton if he hopes to leave office with an approval rating higher than 35%. That is... compromise. Rush mentioned Clinton's signature on the Welfare Reform bill as an example - something Rush claims Democrats opposed but Clinton signed. Of course, Rush feels any compromise with Democrats is bad, therefore his theme for today is "It's gonna get worse before it gets better."
