Yes, we should start getting ready. Maybe we can divert some of the money wasted on Bush's Iraq adventure to actually defending our country. Maybe we can show the world that we're no longer run by power-mad despots, and are ready to go back to being the America we all remember. Maybe we can actually join with the rest of the world in fighting terrorists instead of giving bin Laden a poster boy. Maybe, someday, people will forget how W f***ed this country up and attempted to made us into a Soviet-style regime. Maybe, someday, they'll forget about how we embraced torture as a means of safety. Maybe, someday, they'll believe us when we preach the value and sanctity of democracy. It may take several generations, but maybe we can erase the W Years...
