I don't think TL has worked really well here, but it's hard to tell cuz NO TL doesn't work really well there. Know what I mean, Vern? One problem...people not only run the same campaigns, but they immediately figure out when their term is up, and start planning for the next step, rather than staying. Like 4 years in the Assembly, and they begin planning the third run and the run for Senate after that and then Insurance Comish and blah, blah, with maybe a detour as mayor. Really speeds up the merry-go-round.
