The uproar over election fraud created extreme vigilance and scared Rove and his pals from trying anything this time. Plus, both Florida 2000 and Ohio 2004 WHICH BOTH INVOLVED VERY REAL AND PROVEN ELECTION FRAUD - depended on having a very friendly GOP governor and Secretary Of State in charge of the election system. That said, we should all breathe a huge sigh of relief. But we still need hack-proof machines and paper trails. Just like with ATM's.
