I don't know how you know there are deep pockets in the South that could meet USSE's capital needs as they go forward, but it is good to hear. I agree with you, nice if it happens "without gov't. involvement,...." I meant exactly that P&W would have more sway with fed.and local gov't. regs and permits than USSE alone.
P&W has a legal staff in place of some size.

Though I think it would be great for the country, I don't think large power companies want 80MW to 160MW+/- 1/2 combined cycle plants distributed around farm country feeding power into the grid rather than drawing and paying, that is, unless the power companies own these plants. But that may be what you mean?
