Yes, but perhpas it has met the goals of the military-industrial communist society... the U.S. military-industrial complex is by far the largest communistic/state socialist establishment that civilization has ever produced.. far larger than the entire economy of the Soviet Union at it's peak. We have an mess of a war than any pimple-nosed kid with a lick of sense should have forecast. The only conclusion I ca draw is that people in the intelligence community and Pentagon could have not been so stupid.. it had to be a mistake made by design because the mess would reorient our national spending priorities and once in play we would not find it easy to extract our war machine. So, for the military-communist, blood sucking establishment, we are doing exactly what will prosper them.
