I took that Dry Rub and covered a Boston Butt with it .. then I mixed Extra Virgin Olive Oil .. [EVOO] and Apple Cider Vinegar and some more Dry Rub in a Mop Sauce and Mopped it as it cooked ... Forked it into Pulled Pork and Mixed it with BBQ Sauce diluted with water and Piled it high on Buns. It was "Excellent". However ... I may do another with Hard Apple Cider in the Mop Sauce. If I can find some Chunky Ground Squirrels .. I may do a few of them too. .. Puree or Pate' sounds good. LOL m-w.com MMmmm .. Ground Squirrel Pate ... a Wonderful Duck Substitute. enjoyfoiegras.com
