I only worry about potential fraud. The fact that some people are too stupid to vote properly doesn't concern me. I have encountered very few people who are as informed about the issues of each election as I am. Yet, I frequently decline to vote on many races and issues. If a person doesn't know why they should vote a way, the party of the officials or the brief explanation on the ballot is not enough information to make a snap decision; that person should delcine to vote on that race.
