You know. Well, I won't debate it. Except to say that while we know there is some warming, it is not that far removed from previous climatic excursions. What is sort of known is that there is more contribution from man made CO2 than in previous centuries. But exactly what this causes is not really well understood. It may be the lack of antarctic absorption that is causing the excess CO2 than the making of more CO2 itself. In other words the warming may cause the carbon, not the other way around. Stop jet contrails contributes an amazing amount of climate change, not seen or measured until 9-11. It is easy to put coloured blocks together and say it makes a skyscraper, but it is not easy to model the real world.

I am not sure there is a demonstrated weakness afoot. Losses to be sure. Increase in terrorism is debatable. Alternatives are not spoken of by those who say there are alternatives. In other words, the new deal is more of the same with mighty arm waving. The supreme court always demanded solutions to complaints about social inequity. Not so easy when you have to change everything to the better. Easy to say bad, hard to make good.
