Just wanted to say how impressed I am at how gracious everybody's been on both sides today on this board...

Hmmmmm. Perhaps it is because Republicans can lose gracefully while Democrats scream and yell obsenities (and put other posters on ignore) when they don't get their way?

Just a thought.....

Maybe its because when GOPers have a little power, it goes to their heads and they become intractable.

And just in case you didn't quite understand the message given that you are thousands of miles away, the voters consider the Dems to be the much lesser of the two evils.

Thanks Elroy for reminding me too.

As the lousy loser I am, was just going to post fiercely against those crappy and manipulated Diebold machines but you made me hold my horses this time.
A close call, a razor sharp last minute rescue.

You may want to review posts from 2 years ago and look for graceful GOP winning to get a more balanced view of this. I saw Chuck Shumer on O'Reilly last night...contrasted to rep King from NY who followed him. You may want to look up the transcripts and contrast the reactions. I also heard comments made by Tom Delay yesterday.

Nope, that's not it.
