Given the fact the stock is near the 52wk high, very few have a loss here so tax selling is a non issue this year.

There were not that many days this year where the stock traded much higher than current levels, and most of that was in the spring. I would think that most people who started positions near the spring highs would have either exited or averaged down during the sector bloodbath that ended last month. That makes me think there won't be much tax loss selling on MMG.
