Yeah. Well, I was just going on historical trends. Natural disasters get a grip on people's attention. And they tend to not be kind in the face of obvious, and massive, incompetence. Natural disasters are times when the country as a whole pulls together to help those afflicted. When the administration more or less took the attitude "Oh well, sucks for them", that didn't set well with a lot of people.
