That is about the funniest thing I have ever heard and I am 75. Something started growing at 70, got rid of it quickly with surgery and did not suffer with anything falling out or off (OMG, the thought of it) as my Doctor took care of everything. Now I keep a close check and was told I should be going another forty years. Don't think I want to last another forty unless I can stay the independent one I am. Don't need those kids telling me what I can do and can't. That's my job and they know it. My drivers license was renewed until 2012 and if they are willing to extend it that long, then I surely hope to take advantage of it. I have a spotless driving record. My body will tell me and I will recognize it before they do, I'm sure, and when it is time I will concede to the powers that be, sadly lamenting to the fact the time has come to coral me.

Off topic for a minute.....My Mom lived to be 95 and was still driving all over Texas. I would have ridden with her any time, any place and would have felt very comfortable and safe. She did tickle me as she stayed behind 18 wheelers with CB's on the freeways and said she would never get a ticket doing so. And she never did. She sped when they did and slowed down when they reduced their speed. She would watch for the DPS and graciously smile at them when she went pass them. She was such a delight to be around and so progressive keeping up with world affairs and giving her opinions of such. We surely miss her lively spirit, but I hope I inherited it and can enjoy life to the fullest as she did. Thank goodness we never had to coral her and she left us with many funny and beautiful memories to share among our family.
