I heard it on the radio that Allen already has and won't seek a recount.

Meanwhile, CNN is saying that Allen is "shell shocked" and has no will to challenge the results. (CNN also quotes a staffer saying that Allen hasn't conceded yet, but that sounds more like wishful thinking.)
