I didn't ask, "does this in your opinion solve the problem?", I said "does it answer the question?" The question was - "How about require half a year in a maximum security prison for every year served in federal office?" What I said, and you quoted was - "(I) don't have a major problem with someone being a career politician. Certainly not enough of a problem to support making it illegal." I don't see how that doesn't answer your question.
