I'll settle for feeling like 40 for 100 years. That would be nice. 40, NOT 46.

Not the football team, his mom was Norwegian. Dr. K? I know of Dr. Mercola, and my daughter is doing the McDougal diet. I have done macrobiotics in the past. Absolutely diet changes can cure people of type II diabetes. Okay, I looked him up - Dr. K Nelson?

I was at my daughter's the other day. She was cooking up something in her toaster oven that smelled good. Fresh, uncooked organic peanuts. She mixed them with pure maple syrup and a dash of salt, then baked them for maybe 40 minutes at 225. Those were a yummy treat. I told her vegans don't get any Vitamin B12, but she fixes popcorn with "sprinkles" I forget what the name is, but it has all the b vitamins in a natural form. She has everything covered for sure. There's been a lot of cancer in her husband's family, so she's very diligent about fixing healthy, organic, and now completely vegetarian meals.

For me, drinking a glass of diluted cranberries-only juice a day - blech has been, nevertheless, exhilarating!
