They are still counting the ballots on Hayworth / Mitchell race and Mitchell the Dem has not claimed victory. Hayworth has not agreed to the lose.
Hayworth will fight for CD-5 seat to protect the border issues that got him NO help from the Republicans.
Regardless of the out come.. Hayworth is the next Senator from AZ in 2008 when McCain runs for president.
