I know. I have friends who took it through PMS... However, lately there has been some negative publicity on it... I gave it up anyway as at my age who needs to be taking anything that isn't approved by dietcians...

I might Google it but right now am trying to find out how many fatalities we had in Viet Nam..

Dr K said not to use soy milk. I wondered why. But there was so much I had to change, I just accepted whatever he said for starters.

So much soy is GM. It's difficult to find non-gmo. I'm guessing it's easier to go with rice milk/almond milk. I like rice milk, but it's kind of wimpy and watery.
