There are no leftwing crooks. None I'm aware of anyway. California was totally robbed and hoodwinked by Bushie energy companies. That is proven, with hard evidence from the Enron case. See the movie "Enron". It's in that documentary. But the federal gov under Bush-Cheney refused to investigate any of the gas gouging, because they wre involved in it. Ed Gillespie was at the time PR frontman for Enron as well as working for Bush-Cheney. Enron paid 7 million for dishonest TV ads blaming the energy gouging on democrats. Then Bushies went after Grey Davis. It was all orchetrated and Cheney was probably the main organizer. This has to be thoroughly investigated (finally). Gasoline prices went up for one big reason, gouging. Because they knew the feds under Bush would never lift a finger to stop them. And remember Bushies include the Saudis and OPEC plus many of the top Wall Street energy brokers. They have the power to raise and lower prices and they have been doing it steadily, mainly rising them. There is all kinds of proof of this. Shell and BP are in the same club. Which is one reason the Brits joined us in Iraq. That invasion was mainly about oil.

More bad news for GOP: Wyoming senator has leukemia And if the governor gets to name a replacement, he's a democrat. Wyoming's Sen. Craig Thomas has leukemia (AP) -- Sen. Craig Thomas, hospitalized since Monday with pneumonia, has been diagnosed with a form of leukemia, the Republican senator's spokesman said Thursday. Thomas fell ill in church in Casper on Sunday and was taken by ambulance to Wyoming Medical Center. He and his wife, Susan, flew back to Washington later in the day. Thomas, 73, canceled campaign events Monday and was admitted to the National Naval Medical Center that evening, said his spokesman Cameron Hardy. While hospitalized, Thomas was elected to a third term with 70 percent of the vote.

Quit lying about Condi Rice. She made that dishonest statement and was immediately drubbed by the press. She couldn't point to a single phonecall or meeting about terrorism in eight months leading up to 9-11. The first one was Sept. 3, 2001. Before that she ignored several entrees by Tenet, Clarke and the others to warn her to do something about Al Qaida threats. These stories are all accepted fact. She also admitted under oath during the 9-11 hearings that she got a warning on 8-6-01 (as did Bush) about "OBl determined to strike inside US" and she did absolutely nothing. You people are amazing. This is all public knowledge, on the record, but you lie about it anyway. Tell you, what, go educate yourself a little then come back when you know what's going on. Until then, bugger off.

You people lost. The American people rejected you. You had six years and totally blew it. Not one thing you did succeeded. You lied, cheated, stole and brought more corruption to DC than we've ever seen before. Also, you're hypocrites and pervert closet cases. And you're truly incompetent. The rightwing needs about ten years in the desert. Apparently you forgot that Reagan and Goldwater were not a racists, homophobes, religious nuts, thieves or divisive bullies. They were not perfect but they were generally honest men. IMHO the problem with the rightwing started during Whitewater when they made up all those smears against Clinton, got Starr to go hunting through Clinton's underwear drawer and started believing their own slander. That's where the big Koolaid party began, and you people have been addicted to lies, dirty politics and corruption ever since. Iraq and corruption were the two big issues. Katrina too. Think about it. For about ten years. Come back when you have learned something.
