Organic peanuts are okay. These days, it's recommended that children under age seven not have any peanut butter. I tried stevia but did not like it.

I don't use any sugars or sweeteners except for some brown sugar occasionally sprinkled on things- and honey-- I love honey..
Dunno about the peanuts, unless if was just until we get the blood results back on allergies. The only nuts he told me to have were almonds and walnuts, and these he had me soak 12 hours to "activate the enzymes".
Which reminds me of wine tasting and "volatizing the esters".
