Oil! He told me to use only grapeseed oil for cooking- That other oils go bad too quickly, and even get rancid in cooking.
Grapeseed oil is very expensive. I wonder if he owns stock.

Thank you for the info and the recipe. I can have eggs in the morning, but not after 3 PM. so this would be nice!

It is all about the natural cycle of the body-- that it goes from processing alkaline early in the day, to acidity later (or is it the other way round?) Anyway, he says if you are going to eat anything that swims, flies, or walks around, it has to be before 3 PM.
