Steve, remember how you kept saying the Dems couldn't win an election (LOLOLOL)? Move a bit to the middle. People want competent government, they don't want abortion as birth control, they want to solve the Iraq catastrophe as best as possible. There seems to be new hope in the country. Why not compromise a bit and join in? Be part of the solution, not the problem. Hell, it may descend back into a partisan blood letting, but at this particular moment it looks like maybe we could make some progress together. Nothing to lose; we are already disillusioned on both sides. Couldn't get much worse.
