Perhaps. But it may be that XM recognized NASCAR for what it is -- content that simply wasn't worth the big dollars that Sirius put into it. It is not a $20 Million/year content item, and I believe that will prove out over time.

So long as they do a better job than they do their music channels, they should be fine. But I think they're not going to get enough subs out of plus ad revenue to come to 20M/year.
