Nope. A new VP would need Congressional approval. Good try. We ain't gonna replace Gollum. No Veep, for about 6 weeks. He'll be easier to impeach than Shrub. But we won't have a similar problem when Pres Nancy asks the Senate to approve Vice President Teddy. I love this country. What a place. I wonder if she will resign after getting Teddy as the veep. That would drive a few people over the edge. I never would have believed that the first woman pres would be from SF. But it's a strange town; Feinstein took a strange route in becoming the first woman mayor, so it is part of our tradition out here.
