(NEWS) DTCC has stalled BCIT 7 TIMES because of the potential loses to brokers involved in fouling up BCIT trades....In my view this the sole reason for the holdup. And it IS A TOTAL OUTRAGE! I HAVE LOST ALL FAITH IN THE SYSTEM COMPLETLY.... THE HIGH LEVEL OF CORRUPTION THAT PERVADES BEHIND CLOSE DOORS (SHORTING, REPOS, FAILURE TO DELIVER ETC.) THAT IS ALLOWED TO CONTINUE BY REGULATORS AND THE BROKERS SICKENS ME!!!!!!!! NOW YOU KNOW WHY DICK GRASSO WAS PAID IN THE HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN MY VIEW.
