The most logical way to determine the percentage of Muslims who are salafi/fundamentalists - a precondition to jihad - is to consider the most recent elections in Islamic countries. For example, the fundamentalist Islamic group Hamas received 65% of the popular vote in "Palestine." The somewhat secular Fatah, at least by comparison to Hamas, won only 30% of the votes. So a low ball figure would be say 60% of 300 million people, however some of those may not be ready to die for Allah. So we may have to fight 150 million crazed Muslims on their way to hordes of Virgins. Wow, maybe we better be looking at stock in a Muslim Coffin making industry.
