That news is a month old, but the IR firm may be getting European investors interested.

Avino could be a great sleeper if they can reopen the old mine and/or get the revenues from their tailings. Good leverage on silver, so if silver takes off, it should do great. It was double the current price when silver was over $15 in the spring, and the chart is turning up:
