@Rink - Q4 " It's seasonally the best quarter. " I wouldn't bet my house on this just because the past showed very different scenarios. As written enough times, volume is a key point, thats clear and volume is meanly influenced by seasonal demand (and marketshare wins/losses), so I agree with this point, but I see much more action on the pricing side, which could WAY outpace a slightly decline in volume. In the end, I expect RISING!!! ASPs for the minimum of the next 3 quarters, means till Q2 - beyond this I have no "feeling" - its just impossible to predict. As some others also pointed out - I'm not sure how much Spansion could further decrease costs. Q4 should be the first quarter, where some real progress should be seen and I expect some more in the next half year too. edit: RTQ now near 14 - its simply DISAPPOINTING. finance.yahoo.com BUGGI
