Liar. I actually know John Kerry. He is a very down to earth guy, not a snob or elitist, at least not any more than Bush is. That said, he did marry a rich Republican. So now he travels in more elite circles. Many of his best friends are Republicans.

Anyway, don't believe the spin. Bashing Kerry is phony and self-serving. There are a lot of people in both parties with an interest in smearing Kerry now and pretending he'sw finished. There are currently about a dozen Dems considering running for the WH in 2008 as well as a half dozen in the GOP. All of them fear Kerry.

I just listened to an analysis of the 2008 race. Nobody knows who's running yet and anything can happen. Apart from Obama and Gore, Kerry still stands the best chance of beating the Hillary-beater, but the networks are refusing to mention him. Also, don't forget Kerry was counted out by the media in December 2003. But he fought back. He has always been a fighter. I very much doubt he will ever give up.
