Yeah, but think how much fun I'm having stomping in mud puddles :>)

It's a very good day to push buttons.

NORTH CANTON, Ohio -- A 21-year-old mother has been charged with putting her three children in harm's way when a fire broke out at a North Canton apartment building.

Police said Lenora Young left her apartment because of a fire in the building on Tuesday night but said she left her three children behind, NewsChannel5 reported.

Police said when firefighters responded to the fire at the Kaspar Street apartment, they found Young standing outside. Firefighters said the woman reeked of alcohol.

Firefighters found the children, ages 6, 3 and 2 weeks, in an upstairs apartment. Young told police that she had been drinking earlier in the day, and that the fire started when she fell asleep while cooking.

Neighbors said that this wasn't the first fire at Young's apartment.

The 3-year-old child had to be hospitalized for smoke inhalation but was released Thursday afternoon. The three children are now staying with relatives.

Young is charged with child endangering and is being held on a $10,000 bond at the Canton City Jail.
