It would be very difficult to answer your questions. You'd have to somehow sort the bisexuals from the gays- and I'm not sure you can do that, and I'm not sure you can ever really get a good handle on the real incidence of homosexuality in the population. I just don't think many people are self aware enough, for a variety of reasons, to be able to categorize themselves, and many people would never submit to the kind of testing you do that can really identify sexual orientation (for example measuring blood flow to the penis while the subject looks at batches of pictures).

I do not agree with you that the data in this area is as easy to quantify objectively as you do. If it were easy to quantify such things I would agree with you, that there is an external measure for one of your questions, but I don't agree with you on the quantification aspect.
