We have several of our operatives pose as republicans. We have them hire some prostitutes. As we are talking to the prostitutes we let it slip that we are working for the republicans (maybe even for the whitehouse). We convince these prostitutes they will be millionaires if they do what we say. We say we want them to approach democrat congressmen and offer them sex, not as prostitutes just come on to them. We give them tape recorders and tell them where to find the democrats we want them to approach. Of course the democrats are in on the scam and all of them turn the prostitutes down. We refuse to pay the prostitutes because they are not successful. They get mad and take their tapes to the press to sell or just to get even. It might not look very good on the repugs.
