If you want to nominate someone for a job that isn't open why not pick someone for Harry Reids' job. There's someone who I wouldn't mind seeing replaced.

Personally I think Dean is every bit as charismatic and dynamic as Ford. He proved that when he collected so much money from the little people over the internet. I also think he is a lot tougher. Tougher is more important in that job, as it is in Reid's and reid doesn't get tough until he's pushed to the limit.

Ford is a much better speaker than Dean...The DNC needs a very savvy and charismatic spokesperson going into the '08 campaign.

Dean did a good job but at times he is just not polished and I don't think he should continue on as DNC Chair.
