The volume is what CBOE reports as the sum from all exchanges. from cboe.com For AMDMT (07 Jan 19), I show a 1005 increase in the AMDMT Open Interest to 5893 with a 74 volume. Message 23001119 CBOE shows Volume of 74 and open interest of 5893. The volume comes from 5 exchanges: 74 = 11(-E) + 10(-P) + 10(-X) + 11(-B) + 32(-8) Note: all exchanges show the same open interest, so you cannot tell where the interest was opened.
