Elroy, I have no doubt that plenty of people in BP could figure out that light oils dilute heavy ones. But thanks for that piece of technical wizardry anyway.

BP has had more than its share of fiascos lately. a pattern is emerging. there must be enormous leadership problems in this company. i am wondering if it is perhaps the most incompetent large corporation in the world today, maybe of all time. well, not in Enron's league, but Enron wasn't really a large corporation once you peeled the fraud away.
