Exactly. If they can't be convicted in the Senate, it's just for show. Still, we don't really know what went on and we don't know what subpoena power can do so it's still early days yet. If the Dems don't take the investigations to the mat, if they lose interest or steam, they're going to be in big trouble themselves in 2 years. Here's hoping for a very interesting investigative year. I think it would be an interesting spectacle for Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice, Tenet, Wolfowitz, Hadley, McClellan, Card, Libby, Gonzales, Yu, etc. etc. etc. to find themselves unable to leave the country for fear of being jailed...for life. This would be a fitting end...country arrest...for this bunch of incompetent liars.
