As for western liberals, they tend to be socially liberal and fiscally conservative......at least those outside of CA. What the heck does "fiscally conservative" really mean? Financially responsible........the budget is determined by revenues and not by what politicians want. Rarely does spending exceed income and only in emergencies. Its the opposite of what the Congressional GOP has been doing the past few years.
