??? What do you mean, Tommasso? I've been following Canadian politics very closely since I entered university in 1972. I have also written tens of thousands of words of published academic and newspaper articles on the subject. There was quite a bit of speculation in various spots, including several articles in the Globe and Mail, that once Telus and BCE announced they were going to trust the government might feel they were forced to do something about it. However, no one anticipated the swiftness or thoroughness of the initiative. I finally got around to adding some STM this morning. LC
