Harris is talking about the ILA under Clinton which budgeted some $100 million (yep, that's a whole military mobilization in a foreign country LOL) to promote democracy in Iraq hopefully by shooing Saddam outta the door into early retirement LOL. Republicans, instead of reading the act itself and thinking about what it was actually saying, keep trying to share the blame over Iraq with Democrats. Republicans have zero dignity. Republicans have zero sense of personal responsibility. Republicans are like juvenile delinquents waiting for adults to come fix their mistakes and then tell them they aren't really responsible. How can anyone still be a Republican? --------------- 'We came to change government but government changed us'---McCain on his corrupt party. He should take a close look in the attic of Cheney's bunker. I'm sure there's a Picture of Dick Cheney stashed up there that is disgusting.
