I could be wrong.

I count 40,918,527 shares FD, assuming the recent PP at $1.25 announced recently closes as mentioned with all the finders fee shares.

You are possibly missing the PP at $0.70 good for 3,571,428 shares and same amount of warrants plus finder's fee payable in shares.

Anyway, no big deal, the play is hot due to the area play and there is serious potential. Just a bit rich for me as I am not a momentum trader.
