Intelligence is the ability to look at the whole problem and arrive at viable solutions. In that definition, neither Rush nor Hannity qualify. If they did, they would better utilize that intelligence in more constructive ways. I never really know where Hannity stands, because he never really makes an intelligent argument. Most of his arguments are blatant appeals to emotion based on misstating the positions of his opponents, combined with a loud and grating voice.
