Richard,

I never post here but I read and still own some mxam stock from way back. I personally think the BS was expressing disagrement rather than calling a liar. I sort of enjoyed having him on the board to stimulate some contrary discussions. Also, he seems to have some knowledge of the company although I often disagreed with what he said.
