That is what I felt the plan may be (or at least it is my hope)
Initially, say impeachment is not on the agenda, then with mounting evidence, follow the public outcry for it. That way, come 2008, the Dems can simply point to public demand, not simply political payback.

One little item that was not defeated last week was the republican spin machine, aided and abetted by the MSM. Sure, we can say that alot of people have seen through it, but when it comes down to grinding out some hearings and digging for the truth, that machine will be on full throttle to minimize, obfuscate and divert attention form it. And the media will be hard-pressed to take its own view that impeachment "would be bad for the country." If there's "alot of evidence in existence" already, what will it take? What's the tipping point?
