I think anyone who has eaten local organic produce can understand the taste difference- so maybe this is a discussion and an argument that needs to take place at tables across America, and in kitchens across America. There is a huge difference in meat color, texture and flavor, when you compare organic healthy raised meats, with factory farm meats, and a huge difference in the taste of veggies. While people aren't always woken up by the health risks of things- (people KNOW fats and sugars are bad, yet they consume more and more every year)- they DO tend to respond to taste and ease. People eat what tastes good and what is easy- so if they taste organic wholesome foods they will be hooked, but they won't buy them regularly until they are also easy to buy.
