It was one of the hardest things anyone can learn to do. Not control their temper, but control the timing of and way they express it. Passion while a wonderful thing makes for dreadful decisions. If George Bush wants to defeat the Democrats in Just two years, he has to allow them the chance to defeat him. To block without seeming to block anything they want to do that might make them points and allow them to do many things where they will risk the anger of the voters. Muslims are already prepared to be angry with the US, any move on Lebanon will be seen as the wrong move. So let the Democrats have a part of the decision.
